As a former Starbucks employee of 4 years, the cold foam is literally just heavy cream and 2% milk, add whatever flavor syrup you want and froth it or blend it. It’s so much cheaper to make at home!

If you want to order a cup of cold foam the right way ask for a tall/grande/venti cup of cold milk, ask for ur milk to be vanilla sweat cream and then ask for extra cold foam and no ice, our vanilla sweet cream is our cold foam (just not frothed) :3
