Hey I am a nurse I had the same problem with my skin I went to the dermatologist and got a skin biopsy of my face it will tell you if you have fungal or bacterial acne and they can treat it properly

Honestly looking at the before and later clips side by side it does look like some areas are less red and are smoother, even though you still have some active areas

have you tried African black soap? It was the ONLY thing that helped my acne. I had acne from middle school until I was 27. im 40 now. Been using African black soap & their products since i was 27. ill randomly get hormonal acne, but thats it. Worth a shot! Youre still beautiful no matter what!
