Just took my first dose today! So much physical tension I hold 24hrs a day, even in my sleep. So many somatic symptoms i have from the constant bracing I do. Praying this helps me! Thank you for this breakdown explaining how it will hopefully work for me! 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽

Can this help with irritability? I am struggling with anxiety and irritability started with Lexapro but it’s making me super sleepy so I’m trying to find something else to switch to. My psychiatrist recommended Effexor but I’m really scared to take it.

I know you aren’t here to give medical advice but I have been on buspar for months but only 7.5 mg once a day, I feel like it only works for some hours but the rest of the day I’m still feeling the general anxiety 😥. I’m scared of the ssri side effects though idk,
