When megachurches collapse, we should ask a deeper question: What was the Church built on—Christ and the apostles, or a personality and a platform? Big crowds, massive buildings, and famous preachers cannot guarantee lasting faith. Jesus said, “I will build my Church” (Matthew 16:18). The early Church was built on apostolic teaching, sacramental life, and continuity—not celebrity culture. The Church is bigger than one preacher. Christ must remain at the center.
