This is a good reminder, when you drive by a big, beautiful house and feel a twinge of jealousy, remember you don’t know what’s really going on inside, or how much of the owners soul they have sold to get there. Bigger homes don’t equal happier lives, and sometimes what looks perfect on the outside is built on choices you’d never want to make.

it's not a major highway. that road you're showing is a one lane road that connects Heber City to Midway. the home can be seen from the road quite well. that lady wanted a house that everyone would drive by and the townspeople would know she owned it. she wanted it to show off!

I can’t imagine ruining my entire life which includes my kids life just to live in a house like this. Here I am trying to downsize so I don’t have a huge house (1800sq ft) because it kills me every time I have to clean it. I just want a happy life with my husband and kids. Simple and full of joy and peace.

to each his own but my goal is a tiny home on wheels. when I retire I want to sleep in a house I can own and I can decide to spend a year wherever or my kids have kids I can pull up and stay and help and not impose
