When I had my op on my nose, the roof of my mouth swelled up so much I couldnt barely eat, get lots ofcold food and prepare to loose your taste for a week! My go to was jelly and icecream. I took arnica about 2 days prior to my op. Would also recommend more ice packs, I had a rotation of them every 40 mins because that was the only relief I got. It sounds bad but trust me, the swelling goes down so quickly a couple days or so!

I’ve had two rhinoplasty’s and recommend mouth watering tablets for in the middle of the night!! U can buy on Amazon and a pillow wedge and neck pillow first few sleeps are hard xx

Currently recovering from rhinoplasty so can confirm all these things are definately needed! Get a comfortable neck pillow as you’ll be sleeping with it for a little while xx

After my rhinoplasty I definitely needed a neck pillow! Until you get the splints out at 6/7 days then you can’t really lay down or get a good night sleep x

Girl those eyes masks couldn’t fit on my face with the cast but luckily I took the ice packs that’s you pop and they freeze instantly they was like my best friend xx

I had a rhinoplasty in turkey and they were amazing I wasn’t in pain once just felt pressure and I’m having boobs done in the uk next week and I’m more nervous wish I’d gone back to turkey can’t praise turkey enough also I don’t like one surgeons work in the uk for rhinoplasty
