@mustafa.tolosa: Most people have tried oysters, but not many have tried or even heard of blood clams. I am honestly not even sure if that is the proper name for them in English. In Mexico, this delicacy is called “Pata de Mula,” which translates to “Mule’s Foot.” 🐴 It tastes like an oyster, just a bit chewier. The reason a lot of people refuse to eat it is due to the blood. I am not sure if it is real blood or if it is just the pigment that the liquid inside of the shell takes. 🩸 I don’t really want to look it up! 🤐
