started on lexapro and had the WORST insomnia. asleep for two hours, up for two hours, the entire night. switched to wellbutrin and zoloft and i’ve been on them now for two and a half years and it’s seriously a life saver

Something I've learned is that the longer you take a medication, the longer your body has time to develop side effects. A lot of the medications I was on the longer I was on them, the more side effects showed up

Go back to the 10mg. Give it time! I went back and forth from 20 also and let me say 10mg is the sweet spot 👌🏼

I’ve been on lexapro for 8 weeks officially tomorrow and i hated it a lot for the first 3 weeks I didn’t feel a thing happy or sadness or motivation at the 4th week it got better I liked it in a way but I wasn’t sure still 5th week a little more better but I wasn’t sure still no motivation 6th week I started to really like it motivation was coming back and I just don’t give a f about nothing feels amazing how dramatically different I am in a good way never thought I’d be this way 7th and 8th week it’s the same but it’s great I absolutely love it I’m happy I’m myself I’m blunt and I say whatever I’m almost always unphased and just chill
