Contact the company!!! this happened to me several times and they replaced my concealers and sent extras (the replacements broke too) they need to fix their packaging even on the foundation

yes. unfortunately the concealer has that ongoing issue they have yet to fix :/ I have returned two within 2 months (when I first tried it) bc it did that luckily the one I have rn has been fine 🥲

luckily their customer service is really good, I had an issue with the foundation pump months after purchase and they replaced it for me, it is really aggravating though
