Planet Fitness parking lots used to allow overnight parking. Or Loves gas stations. Also Cracker Barrel does.

Also apply to be a flight attendant they also put you up in a hotel room for training Most of the airlines have paid training And you're gonna be constantly busy flying right after training and that's free rooms too while you're working

I don't know if it's too expensive, but couldn't you just rent a garage so you could park inside and be more relaxed when you sleep and you could save the rent of the cellar where you leave it now

Please look into community resources, because sometimes have gas cards and help to get into housing. They helped me get my first, last and deposit, plus rent for three months.
