I am a cleaning lady and I cannot stand those Dyson. Nobody wants to hold that button the entire time you’re cleaning. And they cannot make it through an entire house.

I own and operate a professional cleaning business and I will say it with my chest EVERY time - Shark vacuums are unmatched in every sense!!! They are the only vacuums (and even steam mops) that I will purchase and use in both my business and home. I have about 15 vacuums for my teams to use and currently they range from 3 different models. My top two favorite being the Stratos and Apex models and I would highly recommend choosing the POWERED lift away models rather than the regular lift away option. which allow you to remove the canister so you can use the head to reach under furniture and appliances. The suction, the long and durable cords, the attachments and even their warranty's and customer service are unmatched. Sharks are some of the only vacuums that you are able to replace pieces of the machine individually rather then replacing the entire thing. And they are so easy to use, clean and maintain.

I was a professional house cleaner for 13 years, running my own successful business. Shark is by far more superior to Dyson. Hands down. I will always choose Shark. If you can't afford a new Shark (any model) check out refurbished Sharks on eBay. Used them all the time.

I threw out my V8 Dyson I replaced the battery four times in 2 years and it barely made it through my ranch house….it would die so quickly. Don’t get that one haha
