Add a red light hat. I’ve been using the one from Hooga Health (not an ad, just did a ton of research). It takes several months to notice a difference with regrowth, but I noticed my hair stopped falling out as much within a week. I use it for 15 minutes a day, but you don’t wanna use it for more than 30 minutes a day or it will have the opposite effect.
