I deliver pizza, & have physical health issues (about a year before this post) foot surgery, which I disclosed upon rehire, and affects my ability. that being said, doordash should have either confirmed he could make timely delivery OR decline the job offer. but if hired, it's be a form of discrimination. but like with myself, if hired, labor laws come into play. if that happened to me, I'd bring a law suit for discrimination, being the company still offered me a position knowing my health issues.
