just becuase you cook, does not make you a chef. there are criteria to be able to claim that title. either you study under a liscenced chef for 7 yrs, or graduate a culinary program

Gonna share a Story here. Ive been a Chef for 14 years, worked in many great great restaurants and also made my "mastery", thats what its called in germany. Basically a Upgrade to a grade "a" Chef. I decided to become a Chef out of a whimp because i Was a clueless child and thought: that shii easy. Welp. Ive reached great highs but damn it cost me all of my mental health, now i made the jump and am a Caretaker. Funny Thing is, im even earning more money as a fresh Caretaker than as a renewed Chef with its mastery licence. So yeah. Dont become a Chef is what im saying

honestly everyone online says to not become a chef but its all ive ever known. i went to vocational school and now im on track for going to college for it. I dont even know what I would do other than cook. id love to bartend but that doesnt make any money either.
