Yep. Looking back, it started around 5th grade. My arms and legs were always bigger than the rest of me. Finally officially diagnosed and I’ve been doing conservative treatments at home for about 8 years now.

So many people jump to conclusions about Lipedema. It's not about Obesity, lack of exercise, or even poor diet choices. Causes of Lipedema are 1) hormonal changes like puberty, pregnancy and menopause. 2) genetics/hereditary. 3) Vascular Fragility. 4) Inflammation and Fibrosis.

Мне очень помог аппаратный массаж «Эндосфера». Его надо пройти курсом (я делала 14-18 сеансов с промежутком в 2-3 дня) а потом лишь поддерживать результат пару раз в месяц. LPG не могла делать из-за хрупких сосудов, а эндосфера более безопасная процедура. Делала в России. Но в Корее я не могу найти салон, кто использует эндосферу 😭

Your knees look like mine..I always said in pictures they look like angry baby faces. I live in constant leg pain and swelling. Think I need to bring this up to my doctor. Ty for sharing.
