It’s not the same thing as sibling loss, but yesterday was eighteen — 18!!!, EIGHTEEN! — years since my best friend died. We were in high school, right before graduation, I’m about to hit my mid 30s now. Sometimes it still knocks the wind out of me. Sending you the biggest hug ❤️
