I’ll like to add a few things; 1- business is built & sustained on principles not vibes. The era of content creation has made ppl forget about marketing principles, without having a strategy & plan, it would fail 2- even as you grow your clientele, do you keep proper records? do you have a feedback system? How do you checkup on old customers who haven’t patronized in a while? 3- do you keep financial records? Before you invest into physical space, have you done due diligence? It’s numbers that helps you know the health of your business … I can go on & on 4- lastly, after you have truly strategized, knowing when to implement is highly important. Times & seasons are real
