Hi Winniy, Seeing you excited to try our product and then realising the shades we sent weren't a perfect match, was devastating for us to watch, and we hate that this was your experience with Breeze Balm. We were honestly so excited when you accepted the invitation to be part of our community, and we're deeply sorry that you didn't get to experience the brand the way other women have. Whilst Breeze Balm does offer some deeper shades, we genuinely wish we had one that matched perfectly for you. Expanding our shade range is a priority for us, and like many small, independent brands, we're working through the very real constraints that come with scaling as a small business. That said, we never want those limitations to come at the cost of someone feeling excluded and we're sorry that's how this landed for you. Our goal has always been to build a brand that helps all women feel confident and beautiful in their own skin. We truly hope that as we continue to grow, we can become a brand that every woman, including you, can fully enjoy. I think the intention from Breeze Balm is absolutely there, but they’ve definitely missed the mark like most small businesses do. As a business still growing, hopefully conversations like this can stay educational rather than degrading so brands actually have the chance to learn and improve. These kinds of call-outs can quickly shift from motivating brands to improve to just destroying them, and that doesn’t help anyone.
