People complaining about the difficulty of traveling around Busan is because they didn't plan their trip well enough, I'm sorry.. You are supposed to dividr the city into at least 2 areas (as you would do with Seoul), East and West and visit the 2 areas in different days.. Public transport is super efficient and taxis are everywhere and cheap.. Hope this helps 🥰

Sokcho is VERY overrated! But I felt that 강릉 beaches are better than Busan beaches~ but Busan is definitely not overrated but thats bc Im a local and have better Recs to go than boring Haeundae~ I also think Seoul is so overrated lol

I love busan!! traveling around Busan really isn’t different takeany longer than other major cities. It’s very much worth the time!

As someone who has lived in Busan for 13 years... I'd have to disagree. Busan has good weather and air quality. Plus it isn't as crowded compared to Seoul. I find Seoul to be overrated imo. But I like all the coastal cities. Driving up to Seokcho from Busan is my favorite. Stopping at random little beaches along the way is amazing. All of Korea is great though🥰

I think it may have been user error. because it's pretty much seoul by the beach. food scene is top tier. tons of activities. air quality is better. traveling is no worse than seoul. going from gangnam to hongdae takes an hour. traveling seoul takes a long time. most people don't realize this

Busan is not just a City by the ocean. It is a historically very important city for us and a lot of beautiful and exciting spots are close together. The people you recommended to skip Busan are definitely missing out😁

I suppose it depends on what you want to do while in a place, not everyone wants to see everything. A good city with decent food and a beach is perfect to relax, you don’t have to go to all of the sights
