This is so sad and heartbreaking. This man was very ill and no one knew how ill. He seems like he was trying to truly change his life for the better. This is bringing tears to my eyes because no matter how fast the Police rushed to get him medical attention (I applaud their fastness in providing aid and being respectful) it is so sad that this man passed. God Bless his family.
