Discada is a northern mexican dish! The name of the pan is actually a plow disc but it is sometimes called a discada depending on who u talk to. The dish though sooooo delicious and the pan makes the most amazing freaking tacos!

The outdoors is called 'disco'.. 'Discada' is the food - meal that is prepared on the 'disco'; the actual definition of 'disco' is a round flat thing. You are doing awesome, so proud of you. Keep up your good work!👍🙏
