I had the same thing show up on the palm of my hand under my pointer finger! I got an xray and nothing showed up so it wasn’t bone and one day it just disappeared

That one’s teeny tiny compared to the huge bump it almost look like an elbow bone. I had on the top of my wrist when I was in high school my grandpa took a book and smacked it. I don’t know what yours is if it’s the same thing or not.

I had one of these on my foot earlier this year and everything I read said I needed surgery or wait years until it maybe went away and I put castor oil on it and massages for a few days in a row and it completely went away. Try it!

If it's bony, it's a carpal boss and not a ganglion cyst. You can't burst a bone, only surgery would remove it.
