@hannahannsluss: Rough few days but I think we’re back on track now… it’s mostly the naps vs nights.. how long was the sleep regression for your baby? And what helped your baby get through this phase? 🩵 #firsttimemom #newmom #4monthsold #babyboy #babysleep
Also in the 4 month sleep regression. He will not sleep for more than 30 mins for a nap!!! Reminding myself it’s just a phase 💛

Sleep training 🤪 took one night! Seriously life changing. Once he had nights down we did naps and he has picked up on that so quickly too! The sleep consultant we worked with said 4 mos is prime time for sleep training!

Each stage will pass. The best thing that I did was download the wonder weeks app! You cant prevent the sleep regressions, but this app will tell you when to expect it and what stage baby is in too cause it. Hope this helps!

Started sleep training at 5 months using the check in method per our pediatrician recommendation! Really challenging on the parents, but it works and helps baby sleep longer!! Lots of contact naps during the day to protect daytime sleep

Sleep Coach app! helps track wake windows, is exactly on time for all naps to make sure they’re ready for sleep at night. Best thing we’ve done is get that app i highly recommend trying it for a couple months! it saved us.

Lasted for 5 weeks. Up so much at night. He js 6 months now and naps are still only 30-45 minutes tops. And extremely difficult to get down for naps.

Sleep train while you’re going through this. It’s hard but it will make things easier later. We did eat play sleep method and fuss to sleep. Never cry it out 🫶🏼 you got this!

I’m right the more with you and this is my second baby. Hit me equally hard this time but I know it’s just a phase and they get through it. I’ve kind of surrendered this time 💕 it will pass!
