I still love that song and it hits so much harder as an adult having an addiction and going through that battle. Then losing my brother to his addiction and then multiple other people, it was like a chain reaction. Your music is still amazing. I’ve had all your albums since I was a teenager, and I saw you in red rocks and then again at a small venue in deadwood. My mom brought me it was amazing. Listening to your song today again it hit a different way though because it was in the words of your songs the whole entire time. I just didn’t understand it like I do now. We have to feed our souls.
