I believe the avg levain cookie is 6-700 cals which is pretty reasonable given the size. I feel like the ingredients are simpler and cleaner than crumbl maybe hence why it’s lower than crumbl

Ok but hear me out. Some of crumbls desserts DO NOT add up to me. As a baker…who uses real butter, sugar, etc. I know for a fact some of their desserts are way higher calorie than something I’d make even if I made a similar portion. So really. We don’t know for sure 😅

theyre acrually not as bad… 700 cals, 50g sugar, lower in saturated fat and dont have weird ingredients that we cant read!!!!!!!!!

That’s why I eat everything until satisfied dont care if its drizzalicious or a croissant im going to eat honoring my hunger cues this is why i dont do volume eating because it can really effect weight gain and traumatize you thinking eating out makes you gain weight when in reality you just got used to only feeling satisfied until stuffed so when you eat out they most likely arent low cal
