This is exactly my situation. I lost 35 kg on Ozempic and now have 23% body fat at 75 kg, while I am 180 cm tall. My goal is to build muscle and lose fat. So, how about being in a slight surplus while lifting three times a week and walking 10K daily? I was in a deficit, but I could barely do anything at the gym, and my PT told me I need to eat in a surplus to build muscle. I am scared to go too crazy, so I am in a 200/300 surplus. What do you think?
