And I can confidently say this is my goat, without being my goat; once I fully play it, I will rank him t1, but as a critic I do not think that I can do it yet given that I haven't played most of his arc. Either way, I think he blitzes my current t1, and is absolutely the best, as well as the most important character of all time.
