I wish I could remind myself of this when I get overwhelmed and frustrated with my preteen child. There are days where I’m so overwhelmed with everything around me (work ect) it’s hard to control my own voice when my child does something that upsets me. There is no book on parenting but I do try my best to not yell. It’s gotten better over time.
