I hope you see this.. I have a pituitary tumor, can you talk a little about it? Should I go back to a neurologist? I haven’t had a scan in a hot min.

i'm in first year med school about to start cardiovascular system module in a week, surgery in about two years i think, when do you think i should start practicing sutures and using both hands in different situations to make sure i'm good enough for it when the time comes? (considering neurosurgery)

Question.. I’ve had ACL surgery and my part of my patella was used. It’s invasive, but when stitching up my patella, I had internal stitches and external. I had pain and saw my stitches from my patella sticking through the skin where it was healing. I guess why and how that happens.. also how to bring up concern when the dr says it’s normal?

So I’m allergic to nylon and glue and the dissolvable stuff. I hadn’t had surgery since I discovered this lol

Gen surg PGY2 here. I’m finding that I have a tremor related to anxiety (junior level performance anxiety I think?) in the OR. The more I’ve become aware of it, the worse it’s gotten because seeing the tremor makes my OR stress worse. Is this normal? Any tips for dealing with it?
