Love it!! Great job and respectful representation. I’ve been in service management 24 years and I teach everyone of my advisors the same things you just mentioned. And now I actually pay the technician to drive with the customer before they leave dealership to confirm the noise. Because not even kidding 50% time the customer can’t even duplicate the noise because it happens once every month
