I don’t want to sound like an old man, but you’re still pretty young. Adult friendships don’t work like friendships when you’re a kid. You have your own life and things to do, your friends should understand that they won’t be the top priority in your life, and vice versa. Any friend who doesn’t understand that isn’t your friend at all. Don’t feel bad about it, that’s just part of life.

My good friends know I may not have time for breakfast or Lunch. They also know if they need someone at 3am I willl show up or send help.

I would have to hear from these friends Joseph, sometimes it's hard to see the forest for the trees. but I will say in general people who feel like they aren't being good enough friends are incorrect, only good friends think about how good they are friending

I hope they can see your want to make time and respect your space it's difficult watching someone get to a good place when you have all the time in the world I have to constantly remind myself of this with my cousin because he's doing amazing things I'm just working in kitchens we're on two different life paths but when we can get together we make memories and I hold those moments close until the next time we see each other
