I have the M9. Wish it didn’t have that many parts to wash and sterilize. Also because the parts are mainly out of plastic, they have broken many times.

Hi, I’m having an issue with charging the device. It’s brand new, but the light keeps turning on and off continuously and it doesn’t seem to charge properly. I’ve tried different cables and chargers, but nothing worked. Do you know what might be the problem or how to fix it?
