Dude the original machine is called an ab coaster and as a child we had one in our basement and my siblings and I always sat on that thing while watching movies. I had abs of steel at like 12 😂😂😂

Yup I got it, also did it in the highest setting… I could not move my body for days, I couldn’t sleep, I could not move an inch of my body. Butttt once I began using it appropriately, I absolutely love it!
