@coryarmstrongfitn: Pre Mixed Protein Shakes Tier List 🏆 You’ll want to take some notes. 1️⃣ First we have Boost This goes in the F tier for fat as hell ❌ There’s 28g of carbs per 20g of protein. It’s a carb shake 🤷 You’re gonna keep that big ass stomach if you drink this shit. 2️⃣ Next we have Premier Protein These get a C tier ranking. The macros aren’t bad. You get 30g of protein with little carbs and fat. The only downside is there’s almost no fiber 😬 3️⃣ After is the Muscle Milk I’d keep this in the C tier also. It’s the definition of mid 😐 You’ll also be bloated like a whale. 4️⃣ Quest protein shakes raise the quality They belong in the B tier. It’s better than the others… But again there’s no fiber 😖 The digestion won’t be as good without it 5️⃣ Core Power is another good option The macros are lit although the fiber is still absent. Let’s move into the A and S tier shall we? 6️⃣ The Owyn Shake is one of the top dogs for shakes It has amazing macros PLUS tons of fiber.
