In my hairdresser opinion, you’re correct. Hair training is a myth. Wash when it gets greasy otherwise you’re just clogging the follicle by waiting. Your hair is gorg!

Yea I have fine hair, i wash on Sunday and by Tuesday it looks oily, Wednesday full on blah. I do it 2-3 times a week. But now I’m leaning towards 3 a week.
