I will fight for love all day, but love isn’t proven by how hard one person fights to keep it. It’s revealed in whether two people are still willing to stand in the same place and fight for it together. Growth matters. Accountability matters. Doing the hard work on yourself for the sake of love matters. But love was never meant to look like one person pleading while the other decides if it’s worth staying. The strongest love I’ve ever seen is quieter than that. It’s two people who, even when pride would be easier, even when the door is right there, still turn toward each other instead of away. Not because love is effortless, but because neither of them is willing to let the other fight alone 🙏
