for the front leg raises.. i’ve been doing these for the longest time and they are the easiest way to activate your hip flexors so I recommend doing it after stretching, but before you lift heavy weights because you will feel your exercises in your glutes so much more which initially can help with your form I also recommend keeping your foot flat and not pointing your toes to keep your leg under pressure

I almost never ever train quads, I mean maybe I touch it slightly during step ups and even then I heavily focus on glutes. Do we need to grow our quads?! I’m suffering … I’m scared of the pain
