I feel like if I got the right training then I would be able to handle bad situations independently… if the training is embedded. The CRNA that I shadowed told me that I’ll know what to do when critical situation happens. She told me that she always has plan ABCDE etc I’m sure that goes for RTs and docs…

This list was not helpful for me 😫 I feel like it wasn’t CRNA specific because I can apply that to most advanced nursing degrees. Do you think CRNA is over glorified? Or does the role actually bring so much happiness in one’s life
