Warm, rich, and irresistibly sweet, they’re the perfect dessert to celebrate Eid and share with family and friends RECIPE SUGAR SYRUP 4Cups Water 2Cups Sugar 1/2Tsp Cardamom Powder 1/2Tsp Rose Water (Optional) *Add the ingredients to a pot and cook on medium heat for about 5-6 minutes and then bring down to a very light simmer and cover. GULAB JAMUNS 3Cups Milk Powder 1Cup Self Raising Flour 1 Small-Medium Beaten Egg 2Tbsp Oil 1/2Cup Thickened Cream (You May need more or less) 4 Cups Oil For Frying *Make and fry the dough balls as shown and submerge in simmering syrup for minutes and then turn the stove off and keep them covered for an additional 15minutes. Garnish as you like I used gold leaf.
