This is Trung Duc Lu, and he was just added to the FBI’s Ten Most Wanted Fugitives list. Lu has used many aliases including Trung D. Lu, Tuan Hoang, Phong Le, Brendan Lu, Calvin Lu, Duc Trung, Lu Trung, and even the nickname “B.” He was born in Vietnam and moved to the United States as a teenager. Investigators say he had strong ties to Queens in New York City and is a suspected member of the Born to Kill street gang, also known as BTK or the Canal Boys. Authorities say that in August of 2014, Lu was involved in the torture, kidnapping, and unaliving of two Vietnamese brothers in Philadelphia. A third victim was also kidnapped and tortured but survived the attack and escaped. Lu is about five foot seven and around one hundred forty pounds. He speaks both English and Vietnamese and has numerous tattoos including a dragon across the center of his back with the words Asian Pride above it, along with heavily tattooed arms featuring dragons, claws, and a tiger.
