@hicarsondogss: UPDATE: ADOPTED FINAL NOTICE - WILL BE EUTHANIZED 🚨 This is Benji. I’ve posted him before, but his video didn’t reach many people. And Benji really deserves to be seen. He was found tied to a tree outside our shelter early one morning when a staff member arrived for her shift. He was just sitting there… patiently waiting for someone to notice him. No one knows who left him there or why. Benji has been overlooked at the shelter ever since. Hes 8 years old, which means people often pass him by for the younger dogs. But I promise he is meant to be someone’s baby. Benji is about 56 pounds of pure potato. He loves smothering people with kisses, wearing pajamas, and going on walks, he gets SO excited when he sees another volunteer walking towards him 🥹 He prefers to be the only dog in the home and the only thing he hates… is going back to his kennel. He uses his entire body weight to try to stay outside just a little longer. Benji is available for adoption at Carson Animal Shelter. Please come meet him!!!! Animal ID: A5750930.
