My cancer was diagnosed at 17, so I know what you mean by being angry. I hated that my body was trying to kill itself. Drinking so much water (to flush the chemo ASAP) that the thought of it made me nauseous. Food becoming nothing more than different textures in my mouth because I couldn’t taste anything. The tiredness. The change in appearance so none of my friends even recognized me in my senior year. Be angry, sad, whatever you feel right now isn’t wrong. But know that it gets better after treatment. When those things you lost come back, you’ll appreciate them all the more. Enjoying life is how you get back at the cancer. I don’t know you but I love you. You’ve got this.
