They don’t fully eat at four months but definitely start doing it !!! The more baby food they eat the more fluids they need like water to help them poop!!

I used to poor a little in another container so I didn't contaminate the food jar with their saliva. When my babies started eating little things like this they couldn't finish the jar. Pouring a portion into another container help save me money and they could enjoy the snack more then once.

Actually it’s quite normal for babies to start trying things around 4 months my niece is now eating baby food daily and she’s only 6months.
