Okay HEAR ME OUT - i made this as is - it was good, but wasn’t flavorful enough for me. your girl needs ALL the seasonings and flavor. So i made it again last night, but I sprinkled a little over half of a packet of Lipton onion soup mix all overrrr after adding the carrots and onions, drizzled a little bit of honey on top of that (all over carrots and onions) and I only baked covered for 40 minutes at 400, and then uncovered at 450 for 15. Absolute perfection!!! My husband and son went nuts over it 🫶🏻

Made this and it was so good! I added chopped potatoes under the chicken and added mushrooms after adding the cornstarch mixture before going back in the oven. Tasty and a great way to get rid of veggies going bad.
