Madaling ihanda in 2 minutes at high in fiber para sa heart health, digestion at cholesterol control. Lunch naman namin ay bulang-bulang vegetable soup, maraming gulay at low sodium, kaya magaan sa katawan at perfect for healthy diet at recovery meals.
