We should be licenced to vote. Or make it mandatory each year from year 9 !to be taught how the voting system works. Part of the process to get a licence to vote must involve being taught how the voting system works.

how many times did serial rapists and killers start out like this then escalate because they kept getting away with it . if governments could be liable for compensation for allowing this they would have sent him home
