@hv_cablejointer: Induced voltage! This video is from a few years ago. The circuit I was working on was fully isolated and earthed under a permit to work system, however a live circuit over 8m away was still inducing voltage. It shows just how powerful electricity can be, even when you think you’re a safe distance away.

es basicamente induccion capasitiva, a mi me pasó al transitar en bicicleta bajo una línea de 520kv, me daba corriente el manubrio
