So true 🫠 people don’t realize how much your body is still going through months later… I had phases where I felt puffy, tired, just not fully recovered even when it looked like I should be. totally 2 different belly. I'm 7 mths postpartum and I still have a hang over my scar take ur time and heal dont stress over the belly do ur regular tissue massage and you will get there slowly.
