Call another location. Some luxury stores/sales ppl don’t want the inconvenience of finding pieces for new clients. Alexa Chung said on a podcast recently that she went into a Prada store for a specific skirt she saw on the runway. The SA said it wasn’t being produced, she went in again the next week and it was available for purchase.
