PT is generally used for a physical therapist so using that abbreviation can be misleading. Personal trainers often use the abbreviation CPT for certified personal trainer.

always do rdls first or else ur fatigued and wont be able to properly keep the hip hinge movement and can hurt ur lower back 😭are you a new trainer
